Born and raised in Argentina, for the past 14 years German has accumulated a broad experience in IT business, internet, media and advertising. He is the co- founder and CEO of Intextual.net, an online advertising network, leader in Latin America in its category. He is the Director of the Online Advertising Continuing Education program at Universidad de Palermo (UP).

German worked as the online sales executive director for .FOX Networks for Latin America. He was the co- founder and CEO in Zearch, a Search Engine Marketing agency which was acquired by FOX in 2007.
Moreover, German was also the commercial manager for the newspaper Infobae (print and digital versions), commercial internet manager for Ambito Financiero and commercial manager for Certifica.com (currently part of the group Comscore Inc.)
German studied Political Science and Business Administration at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and has a specialization in Marketing and Digital Economy from the Universidad de Belgrano (UB).

Carlos, co founder and Intextual COO, has been working for the Internet industry for more than 12 years. He was the co founder and sales vice president of e-planning adserver, where he developed the commercial strategy and the expansion plan for the company in Latam and Spain.
Moreover, Carlos was the co founder and director of Neticos, an online advertising agency which offers media sales, strategy and planning services for advertising and media agencies in Latin America.
Before founding e-planning, Cordoba has worked as the general manager for BASE4NET/AD4SITE and as a consultant for Buenpunto.com. While working as a consultant, he was in charge of the development of the accounts, the design of the commercial strategies and the implementation of the marketing actions.
Córdoba studied Accounting and Advertising at Universidad Catolica Argentina (UCA) and Media Planning at Asociación Argentina de Agencias de Publicidad. He also holds a Master Degree in Marketing and Internet at Universidad de Belgrano (UB) and has participated in many seminars of Business Administration and International Affairs.
